Terms & conditions

1. About us. Kompakt Archive is operated by Kompakt Archive B.V. (KVK 89-441-203).

2. Placing an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept once you receive an order confirmation. We can refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Prices & payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment happens at our Shopify-hosted checkout: iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where offered.

4. Delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Risk transfers to you once you (or someone you nominated) has the goods in hand.

5. Returns. You may return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for details.

6. Warranty. Everything gets checked before it ships. If it arrives faulty, email info@kompaktarchive.com within 14 days and we'll sort it.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it.

8. Governing law. Dutch law. Amsterdam courts.
