Short and honest. We only collect what we need to ship your order and — if you opt in — tell you about the next drop.

What we collect. Name, delivery address, email, payment details when you order. Basic analytics (aggregated, not tied to you) when you browse.

Why. To process orders, handle support, prevent fraud, improve the store. If you opted into the newsletter: one email per drop, max.

Who we share it with. Only the services we need to run the shop: Shopify (checkout & storage), payment processors (iDEAL, card networks), carriers (PostNL, DHL), our email tool. We don't sell your data.

Cookies. Essential cookies keep your cart working. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic. Decline non-essential any time.

Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your data any time. Email info@kompaktarchive.com with 'Privacy request' — we respond within 14 days.

Retention. Order data as long as tax law requires (7 years in NL). Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
